Hey everyone my first week being back is kinda weird, I was kinda getting used to New York and I was there just for 1 week.
I got so used to it cause it so much to do there.
And down there it’s like summertimes hot and in Norway it’s too cold, the winter days are here. The plans for today is of course going to work and do some workout after the week with unhealthy food in New York, I’m gonna go hard or go home.
First I’m gonna run for about 30 min and then some strength training, it’s important that when you exercise that you eat healthy it’s a good combination remember that🤗
Can anybody believe it’s October already the September month just passed by like nothing.
