My workout and food plan💪🏻🥗

Hey everyone!

Who is ready for a day with some workout and some healthy food? I’m ready for a big, big coffee cup before my workout and of course a big glass with lemon water.

For my meal I’m having some yoghurt with berries and some strawberries, it’s very healthy and it also helps me not to get hungry right away.

When I’m working out and haven’t had a proper meal before my workout I can literally feel my stomach making this monster kinda sound and that means that I’m hungry!🙋‍♀️

That’s why some healthy food is a good choice before you’re workout, I know some people like to workout on a empty stomach, but for humans like me I don’t recommend that💋

Today I was thinking I’d run on the treadmill for about 30 minutes and then do some strength training with the dumbbells and some other machines that they have at the gym.

I can’t wait to workout it does something to you, you feel so much better and you sleep better at night.

So I have been making this avocado smoothie with avocado, coconut milk, half of a banana and two spoons of whey protein powder and I think it’s so good! The best of it all is that it’s healthy.

After my workout I’m craving a tuna salad, so I need to go to the store to buy the stuff for the salad.

For you guys who wanna make the salad its very easy, you just need lettuce, tuna in a can, rucola salad, corn and olives, you get so many healthy vitamins and so many other stuff that is so good for you eating this salad👀

I’ll talk to later babes, now I’m off to eating my salad and getting some 😴 💤
